I,HARVEY L.GROMO of the Borough of Claysville,Washington County,
PermsylV9.nia,do hereby make and publish this as Codicil No.1 to my last Will
and Testament dated April 27,1956.
I hereby revoke the Last Paragraph of my Will wherein I appointed
J.R.Irwin Knox,Esquire,to be executor of my Will and in lieu thereof,I
hereby substitute the foll~lving:
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint Sherman H.Siegel of
Washington,Pennsylvania to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
In all other respects,I hereby ratify and confirm my said Will datea
April 27,1956.
IN WITNESS WHE1i.EOF,I have hereunto set my hand ar..d seal this

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HARVEY L.G'ROMO,of the Borough of Claysville,Washi~ton County,
Pennsylvania,being of soum mind,memory andunderstaming,do hereby make
and publish this my Last Will and Tes:.ament,hereby revoking all Will or Wills
by me at any time heretofor-e made.
ITEM 1:I direct that my Execut.or hereinafter named shall pay all
of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
ITEU 2:All the rest,r-esidue and rema1mer of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Jeannette R.Gromo,
in the event that she survives me.Should my said wife pre-decease me,then
I dispose of the residue of my estate as follows I
(a)I give,devise and bequeath all of my jewelry,rings,
diamond rings,watches,etc.,to Jearmette Louise Erhard,of Long Beach,
.California,who is a namesake of my wife;
(b)Twelve per cent (12%)of the net balance of my estate,
I give to the children of Frank E.Gromo,deceased,tc-witJ Harold Gromo,
Anna Gromo,Dorothy Mills,Mary Eleanor Cassidy and tichard Groma,to each
the one-fifth thereof;
(c)All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,
devise and bequeath as follows:One-third (1/3)thereof to the Salvation Army
of Washington,Pa.,and the remaining two-thirds (2/3)thereof'to the Baptist
Orphanage and Home at Castle Shannon,Pennsylvania,in memory of'Susan K.
Mounts.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint J.R.Irwin Knox,Esquire,
of Washington,Pennsylvania,to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
