Last Will And Testament.
I,Rachel Flick,of the Township of Mount Pleasant,County of Westmoreland and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and
satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,both real and personal
unto Stephen J.Flick,my husband.
Third.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint the said Stephen J.Flick to b
my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
Fourth.In the event that Stephen J.Flick,my said husband,should not be
living at the time of my death or in the event that he and I should die under
such circumstances that there is no sufficient evidence that he and I died
otherwise than simultaneously,then,in either of such events,- - - - - - - -
(a)I hereby authorize,empower and direct my Executors hereinafter named,and
the survivor of them,to sell all of my real property at such time or times,at
either public or private sale or sales,and on such terms and for such price or
prices,as they or the survivor of them shall deem best for the benefit of my
estate,and I do hereby authorize and empower my said Executors,and the
survivor of them,to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers
thereof any and all deeds of conveyance and assurance for the same as fully and
completely and with the same effect as I could accomplish if living;- - - - -
(b)I give and bequeath all of my property,including the net proceeds derived
from the sale of my real property,unto Barbara C.Hoekema,Eleanor R.McNutt,
Donald J.Flick,Robert E.Flick and Martha L.Bright,my five children,share
and share alike;and - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
(c)I do hereby make,constitute and appoint the said Donald J.Flick and Mart a
L.Bright to be my Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
In Witness Whereof,I,Rachel Flick,the Testatrix above named,have hereunto
