,EARL D ,of the Borough of Canonsbur,ashington
County,Penns lvania,being of sound and dis osing mind,memor
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
m'last will and testament,hereb revoking any and a_I wills b
me heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts shall be paid by m
executor hereinafter named as soon after m decease as ma be
racticable.
2.I give and devise unto my stepson,Merle •Hem hill,all
real estate of which I shall die seized,subject to the condition,
however,that-my said stepson shall maintain the residence house on
Grace venue,Canonsburg,a.,in good re air and shall rovide
there a home for my wife,Della Florence Dykstra,who is the mother
of Merle .Hemphill,during her lifetime.Should ill said ste son
deem it expedient to make a sale of the said residence during the
lifetime of my \~fe,I hereb authorize him to sell Bnd convey the
same only after he shall have rovided a suitable guarantee to my
wife to provide her another home during her lifetime.
3.I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Della Florence
Dykstra,all ersonal ro erty of wl...ich I shall die seized.
inallo,I nominate,constitute and appoint the Citizens Trust
Com any of Canonsbur executor of this m last will and testament.
