LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARGARET A.BECK
I,Margaret A.Beck,of the City of Washin~ton,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound and dis90sing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this my last will
and testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct ~ll my just debts,funeral expenses,
inheritance taxes,and the expenses of settling my estate,in-
eluding $=1=50~.0=0~_for a suitable marker to my grave,be
fUlly paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to the Pigeon Creek United
Presbyterian Church,the sum of two hundred (200)dollars in
trust to be invested in a mortgdge or government bonds as the
trustees may direc~the income derived therefrom to be used in
the perpetual care of the graves of my father and mother and my
gr:mdmother Munce,and Uncle Ludwick Munce.
THIRD:I give devise and bequeath to my sister Henrietta
Beck all the rest residue and remainder of my estate both real
and personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease,
with full power and authority to use the whole of said estate for
her comfortable support and maintana'nce,she being the sole judge
of what is necessary for that purpose.
FOURTH:If,however,any part of my said estate should
remain unused after the death of my sister Henrietta Beck,then
in that case,I give and bequeath to my sister Harriet Smith the
sum of two hundred (200)dollars,to Joseph Barr two hundred (200)
dollars.

FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate if any there maybe after the death of my sister Henrietta
and the payment of the above legacies,I give,devise and be-
queath to my neice Clementine Munn.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint James M.-
cBurney of the Borou~h of East Washington to be the executor
of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have to this my last will and
testament set my hand and seal this 24th day of April 1926.
