lAST 1'1ILL AND TESTAMENT
I,SARAH JANE FULTON,of Peters Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory do
hereby make,declare and publish this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any prior wills or codicils by me made.

FIRST:I direct that my executor,hereinafter named,pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenie t
after my death.
SECOND:All of the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,wheresoever situate and of whatever kind,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my husband,William E.Fulton,absolutely.
THIRD:In the event that my husband and I should perish
in a common disaster,epidemic or calamity,or if for any reason
he should not survive me,then in that event I give,devise and
bequeath unto my children William Orr Fulton,Robert Donald Fulton,
Richard Allen Fulton and Ruth Ann Fulton all of the rest,residue
and remainder of my property,wheresoever situate and whether real,
personal or mixed.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint as
executor of this my Last Will and Testament,my son,William Orr
Fulton.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this a 1J.day of November,in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred
and Fifty Nine (1959).
Signed,sealed,published and declared by Sarah Jane Fulton,
the above-named testatrix,as and for her last will and testament,
in our presence,and we,at her request,in her presence,and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as
