LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Kate,sometimes known as Catherine Cox of North Frarklin Township,
Washington County,pennsylvania,do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at'any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I di!'ect that my Executor hereinafter ncmed shall pay all my .iust
Debts and Funeral Expenses as soon after my deceased as convenient.
SEC ND:All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate,ReaJ,Personal
or mixed,I give devise and bequeath to Thomas W.ore.
THIRD:Should homas W.oore predecease me I direct,that my executor
hereinafter named shall se]1 am convert into cash all my Real,Personal or
ll"ixed Estate;I give devise and bequeath,the said amount after it has been
converted,to the Salvation Army of Washington,Pennsylvania.In order to carry
out th s provision,I hereby empower my Executor to sell all my Real E~tate
and to sign,ascko ledge and deliver Deed or Deeds to the Purchaser or Purchasers
of said Real Estate wit the same force and effect as I myself could do if
living.
I hereby constitu3te and appoint J.C.Bryant as Executor of this my Last
Wi]l and Testament.
