and State of !PenDsyl vania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid andsatisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath all the income from all of my real and
personal property to my Wife,Fortunata Binotto,during the whole of
her natural life,provided she does not re-marry.-If my "rife re-marries
then I give,and devise to her one-third of all of my real estate.
Third.At my wife's death,provided she did not re-marry,and
further provided that all the ohildren have bec orne of age,I direct
that the sum of five hundred ($500.00)dollars be given to eaoh and
everyone of my daughters,to wi t:f1va hundred dollars to Mary,f1 ve
hundred dollars to Zelinda,five hundred dollars to Helen and five
hundred dollars ~o Isabelle;all the rest and remainder of the property,
real and personal,to be equally divided among my sona OliVO,Adolfo,
Felix,John,Peter and ~illiam.
Fourth.If my wife re-marries,then her interest in the income
of the property ceases;and upon my youngest ohild beooming of age,
I direct that my wife be given one-third of all my real property;my
daughters be given five hundred dollars each,as set forth in the fore-
going paragraph,and the remainder of all real and personal property
to be equAlly divided among my above named six sons.
