LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,Joshua Higgins,of North Franklin Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do
make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay al~my just
debts,funeral expenses,inheritance taxes and other expenses,as
soon as convenience from my estate.
2.I give and bequeath to my son John L.Higgins of Washington,
Pa.the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars.
3.I give and bequeath to my son Thomas J.Higgins of Erie,Pa.
the sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars.
4.I give and bequeath to my daughter N.Elizabeth Rush of
Hamilton,Ohio the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars.
~.I give and b_queath to my son Jesse W.Biggins of Washington,
Pa.the sum of Five Dollars.
6.I give and bequeath to my daughter Alta Leona Higgins of
Pittsburgh,Pa.the sum of Five Dollars.
7.All the rest remainder and residue of my estate I give and
bequeath to my sons John L.Higgins,Clarence H.Higgins and my
daughter N.Elizabeth Rush.
8.I hereby nominate and appoint my sons John L.Higgins and
Clarence H.Higgins,to be the Executors of this W~11.
