I,Helen R.Galloway,widow of 127 Coal Street,McDonald,
Washington County,Pa.,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby

this to be my Last will and Testament,
or former Wills or Codicils by me at
First:I order and direct the payment of all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as practicable after my decease.

Third:
Marie R.Statler.
Fourth:
I give and bequeath my Diamond Ring to Donna
I give and bequeath my Stole to my sister,
I give and bequea~h to Jean Galloway,my sister-
in-law,the sum of Two hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
Fifth:I give and oequeath to Alice Galloway,my sister-
~n-law,the sum.of Two hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
Sixth:I give and bequeath to Mamie Galloway,my sister-
in-law,the sum of Two hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
Seventh:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my property and estate,real,personal and mixed,
w~eresoever situate,of which lnay die seized or possessed,or
over which I may have testamentary control,or to which I may be in
any way entitled,of whatsoever the same may consist,I direct my
executrix to divide as follows:Ten (l~~)percent of the remainder

of my estate to Mildred Bondy Werner,my niece.Ten (10%)percent
of my remainder of my estate to Marie Johnston McCarty,my niece,
and the remainder to be divided equally,I give,devise and bequeath
to Margaret R.Bondy,Marie R.Statler,Regina R.Cherry,Charles
Rodgers,Margaret Bondy Cryblsky,Elizabeth Bondy Komec,Dorothy
Bondy Scott,Richard Johnston and Barbara Jean Gonze,each share
a.nd sr.are alike.
Eighth:I order and direct my executrix hereinafter
named to arrange for perpetual masses to be said for me and my
late husband,William Galloway.
Ninth:I authorize and empower rr.y executrix,hereina=ter
named,to sell and dispose of all,or any part,of the real estate
of which I may die seized,or possessed,at public or private sale,
at such times and on such terms and conditions as she shall deem
proper,and to execute,acknowledge and deliver all proper writings,
deeds of conveyance and transfers therefor.I direct that all trans-
fer,inheritance,succession or similar taxes shall be paid out of
my residuary estate.
Tenth:I hereby designate and appoint my sister,Regina
Rodgers Cherry,Executrix,of this my Last Will and Testament and
direct that my said executrix herein be required to give no bond
or other security.

the presence of witnesses,this day of October,1968.
