Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
To my grandson,John Edward Unrue,I leave all my t@ols.
To my daughter,Martha Mae Unrue,I leave my car,furniture,and all
property.She can keep the property or sell it to pay my outstanding bills.
In the event my daughter should die before me,!leave everything to
my grandson,John Edward Unrue and his wife,Mary Jane Unrue,under the same
terms as it was for Martha Mae Unrue.
