of Hickory
and State of Pennsylvania
,Oounty of Washington
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner anti form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my j'U8t debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.-I Will Ell d Bequeath all my property,both real and personal,of which
I may be possessed at the time of my death,to my Wife Myrtle C.Dinsmore.
In the event she should precede me in death,I will and bequeath all my property,
both real and personal,to my step-children James,T.Valentine and Mrs.Paul
Hudson,share and share alike.
Third.-In the event my Wife,Myrtle C.Dinsmore is ill or incompetent to
transa.ct business at the time of my death I desire tha.t Thomas L.Anderson,Atty.
at Washington,Pa.be named Guardian of her estate•
