I,Ignacy ~oseph Hokaj,also known as ~oseph Ignacy tiokaj,of ~onora,
washington County.Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and ~estament,hereby
revoking any and all will or wills made by me at any time heretofore,in
manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses .and the
expense of the settlement of my estate,shall be paid by my executors
herein after named,as soon after my demise,as to them shall seem proper.
SECOND:I do hereby will and bequeath to all my following childre~,~eo
\\L.~r~~'~·IgnatiUS,ary,valter,Joseph,Veronica and Sophia,all my real,
personal and mixed property,whereso ver found,share and share alike,in
the following manner.
THIP~:The property at #436 Kenneth Street,~onora,ashington Uounty,
Pennsylvania.being Lot No.29 in Block No.22,on which there is erecte a
two story,frame dwelling and out-buildings.is to be used as the home for
my children as long as it is convenient,but the executors herein after
na~ed are empo ered herewith.to sell said property if the family is to
move to some other location,in that event the proceeds of said sale are
to be divided equally amongst all the children,share and share ali~e.
FOURTH:The executors have full authority to sell the vacant lot ]o.~7
in Block No.22,in Donora,Vashington County,~ennsylvania,but if said lot
is sold to one of the family said purchaser is not to pay any more than
500.00 for same,proceeds of said sale to be divided equally amongst all
of my above mentioned children.It is fully understood that the above
mentioned lot can be sold at any time at the discretion of the executors.
FIFTH:All monies in banks and trust companies.are to be divided
e~ually amongst the said above mentioned heirs.
SIXTH:ALL stocks and bonds and items of like nature and character are
to be held and dividends to be used for maintenance of the home,but the
executors have ull authority to sell same at any time as they may see fit,

they are to use tbeir best judgment in this matter and c~accordingly,
but in this event the proceeds of said sale to be divided equally amongst
all of my children.
SEVEl~H:the real estate located at ~om 419 ies Lutcza,~owiat
trzyzow,Mala Polska,~oland,is to be sold and the proaeeds to be
divided equally amongst the within mentioned heirs,the executors herein
named are hereby given the full authority to execute deed or deeds or any
papers whatsoever in connection with th~sale of this property or any
property of which 1 may die seized.
~;EIGHTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint the following
children,my son Leo Lo,son !gnatius,to be my
executors of this my Last ill and ~estament.
