I,Emma V.3eck,of the Borough of Washington,Oounty of Washington
and state of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and discretion,do
make and pUblish this my last Will and Testament:
().) I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be :paid by my
Executors hereinafter named as SOOl1 after my death as conveniently can be.
( 2 ) I will and bequeath to ROy Beck,son of my son Harvey F.Beck,the
sum of One Hundred (#100.00 )Dollars
(3 ) I will and bequeath all my clothing to my two a1sters,namely:Urs.
Guthrie and Mrs.Darlington;they to divide the Sffine as they see fit.
( 4 ) I desire to be buried in the same manner as was my husband at the
time of his death.My vaUlt,&c.to be similar to his.My Executors to
make provision for the :permanent care of our lot in the Oemetery.
( 5 )All the property of which I may die seized or possessed,exce:pt the
legacies hereinbefore mentioned,I give,devise and bequeath to my two
D.T.
sons ,namely:Harvey F.Beck andAMorgan Beck,share and share alike.It
is my desire that L1Y said two sons hol~the real estate thus devised to
them,as Tenants in Oommon while both of them live;and at the death of ei-
ther,then said real estate to be divided eqt~lly between the surviving
brother and the heirs or devisees of the deceased brother.
( 6 ) I do hereby nominate,constitute and appOint my two sons,Harvey F.
D.T.
Beck andAMorgan •Beck,to be the Executors of tltls,JIIY last Will and Tes-
tament.
In witness whereof,I,Emma V.Beck,the Testnarix,have hereunto set
