I,James W.Carothers,of the Borough of Burgettstown,
County of ashington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mi d,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
deolare this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I do hereby oonstitute and appoint my beloved
Wife,Margaret F.Carothers,to be my exeoutrix of this my will
and direot her as executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as to her may be found convenient.
SECOND:-I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved wife
Margaret F.Carothers,all my personal property and real estate and
mixed of what nature or whatsoever or wheresoever it may be at the
time of my death for her use and without restrictions as to how she
may use it and at her death whatever is left of my estate I give,
devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Carothers Scott,her heirs,
and assigns forever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
this twentieth day of November,1928.
