LAST JILL AND TESTAMENT
I,C.B.HUNT,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,ennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that my funeral expenses and all my
just debts be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Emeline Hunt,my entire estate,real,personal and mixed,for her
use and enjoyment during her natural lifetime.
THIRD.t the death of my said wife,I hereby empower
my Executors,hereinafter named,to sell all my real estate,
wheresoever situate,either at public or private sale or sales,
if they deem best,and I hereby empower my said Executors in case
they should deem it to the best advantage of my estate to sell my
real estate,to make,execute and deliver good and sufficient deed
or deeds for all of my said real estate to the purchaser or pur-
chasers thereof the same as I could do if I were liVing,and I
hereby direct that the proceeds thereof be divided as follows:
To Hershel Hunt Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00).
To Stephen Hunt Two Hundred Dollars (200.00).
To Laura Hunt Two Hundred Dollars (200.00).
FOURTH.11 the rest and residue of my estate,of what-
soever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my following named children,share and share alike,namely:

John Hunt,William Hunt,Florence Hunt,Lina Delaney,Oliver Hunt,
Stephen Hunt,Hershel Hunt and Laura Hunt.
LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Hershel Hunt,Stephen Hunt and Laura Hunt as and for the Executors
of this my Last ill and Testament.
