I,ESSIE E.GUINN,also known as ESSIE W.GUINN,also known as MRS.J.D.
GU:NN,of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and
publish this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last
illness be paid as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give the sum of $500.00 to the Building Fund of the First
Christian Church of Washington,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:For the purposes of administration and distribution,I authorize
my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell all personal property and all real estate
of which I may die seized and to execute and deliver a deed or deeds for the same.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real and
personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares,one share to my son,FRED
W.GUINN,one share to my grandson,PAUL D.CURRY,son of my daughter,JANE
CURRY,and one share to my daughter,RUTE ANN PETERS,their heirs and assigns
forever.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my so~,FRED W.GUINN,Execu-
tor of this my Last Will and Testament,and in the evemt of his death,inability
or refusal to act I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,RUTH ANN PETERS,
Exe:utrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that my personal re-
presentative shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which
said personal representative may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of
June,1967.
