I,HENRY V.FROEBE,of Peters Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do
hereby make and publish this as and for my Last Will and Testament,revoking all for-
mer Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last illness
be paid as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give the sum of $1,500.00 to the PETERS CREEK UNITED PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH.
THIRD:I gi.ve the sum of $1,000.00 to the BRUSH RUN CEMETERY ASSOCIATION.
FOURTH:I give the sum of $75.00 to my friend,HENRY WILSON.
FIFTH:I give the sum of $75.00 to my friend,JAMES GILLESPIE.
SIXTH:I give the sum of $75.00 to my friend,CARL HAST.
SEVENTH:I give the sum of $500.00 to my friends,CURT L.NAESER and RUTH
NAESER,his wife.
EIGHTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and personal,
I give,devise and bequeath to the following persons:l/6th to my sister,ANNA
BEBOUT;1/6th to my sister,ELIZABETH MATTHEWS:1/6th to my sister,EVA KLEEB;
1/6th to my sister,MARGARET McCONKEY;1/6th to my sister-in-law,AMELIA SMULLIN;
1/l2th to my brother,GEORGE FROEBE;and 1/12th to my sister-in-law,MARGARET PRO-
SIER.In the event of the death of my sister-in-law,AMELIA SMULLIN,in my lifetime,
it is my Will that her share be distributed to her child.In the event of the death
of my brother,GEORGE FROEBE,or my sister-in-law,MARGARET PROSIER,in my lifetime,
it is my Will that the share of such deceased be divided among my four sisters.If
any sister is not living at the time of my death,the share of such sister shall be
distributed to her children.
NINTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint CURT L.NAESER and ROBERT J.MAT-
THEWS Executors of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that my Executors
shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
