LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

I.JOSEPH HUNTER,of the Borough of Charleroi,County of

Washington,State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this my last Will and Testament,in the manner and form
following,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that ~ll my just debts,funeral expenses,
and expenses incident in the administration of my estate to be
paid as soon as possible after my decease,out of the first money
available for that purpose.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
AGNES HUNTER,during her natural life and so long as she remains my
widow,all my real estate,wheresoever situated,to use,receive the
income therefrom for her own personal use,she,however,to pay all
taxes,insurance,repairs and up-keep of said real estate,but with
no power or authority to sell,mortgage or dispose of same.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,per-
sonal and mixed,wheresoever situated,or to which I may be entitled
to at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath absolutely
to my beloved wife,AGNES HUNTER.
FOURTH:At the death of my wife,AGNES HUNTER,I direct my
Executor,hereinafter named,to sell my real estate at either public
or private sale,at such time and on such terms and conditions as
said Executor or his successor shall deem meet and proper,to execute
acknowledge and deliver all ~roper writings,deeds of conveyance,and
transfers thereto;the proceeds of same to be divided as follows:
In six equal parts to ~y six children.share and share alike,
their heirs and assigns forever.The names of my said six children
are as follows:

James E.Hunter of Morgantown,West Virginia.

LASTLY·I nominate~constitute and appoint Kerfoot W.Daly,
of Charleroi,Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
