I,SAMUEL GARDNER,of North Strabane Township,R.D.#2,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of ~y estate,real,
\
personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,I hereby
give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,fo1ARJORIE R.CLYMER.
;.In the event that my daughter,~~RJORIE R.CLY~ER,shall
predecease me,I hereby give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my eatate in equal shares to my three
grandchildren,SArDRA K.,LINDA LOU,AND A DA FAY.
4.In the event that my daughter,ARJORIE R.CLYMER,shall
predecease me,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
brother-in~law,ADRIAN B.KLI ~,of Blairs Mills,Huntingdon
County,Pennsylvania,guardian of the estates of my grandchildren
during their minority.
5.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,~~RJORIE
R.CLTI~ER,executrix of this rr~Last'ill and Testament and direct

that she shall not oe required to enter s~curity in any juris-
diction in which she may act.In the event of a vacancy in the
office of executrix for any reason,I hereby nominate,constitute
and appoint my brother-in-law,DRIAN B.KLltG,succeeding ex-
ecutor of this my Last ill and Testament and direct that he shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he
