IAST WI 11 AND TESTAMENT
I,ROSE DE STEFANO,of the Borough of Charleroi,County of Washington,
and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Vall and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully
paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal
and mixed vmeresoever situated of which I may be possessed or to which I
may be entitled at the time of my death I give,devise and bequeath the same
share and share alike,among my children,for the proper use and benefit
of each.
THIRD AND LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,JOSEPH
DE STEFANO,to be Executor of this my Last Vall and Testament.
IN WITNESS ~P.EREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this,my Last
