The Last Will and Testament of Jennie E.Berry.
I,the undersigned,Jennie E.Berry of West Alexander,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby revoking any former wills
heretofore made by me,do hereby make this as my last will and test-
~nent,as follows,to wit:-
First:I direct my executor hereinafter named
to pay all debts and claims against my estate.
-8econd:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,of which I may die seized
and wherever located,I hereby give,devise and bequeath to James
Owen Ely of Winnetka,Illinois,in trust,to take,hold,sell and
convey,with full power and authority to sell any real estate at
pUblic or private sale and for such sums and upon such ter~s as
he may deem proper and make deeds to the purchasers for the same,
and to invest and reinvest the same and the proceeds of said sales,
in such manner as he may deem proper and advantageous to my estute,
and to pay the annual net income arising therefrom as follows to wit:-
1.To my husband '.filliam Berry for anel during
the term of his natural li4e.
2.At the death of said ~Villiam Berry,to my
sister Anna E.Craig and my cousin Sarah P.Babcock,both now of
vlest .f\.l.exander,Pennsylvania,in equal shares,for a.nd during their
natural lives and for and during the natural live of the survivor.
If however,in the discretion and judgment of my said trustee,the
said income is not sufficient for their proper personal mainten~ce,
then I authorize and empower my said trustee,in his discretion,to
expend,apply and pay such part of the principal of said trust fund
as may be necessary for said proper personal maintenance of the said
Anna E.Craig and Sarah P.Babcock,for and during their natural
liv~s and the survivor of them.

3.At the death of the said William Berry,in

case he survives the said Anna E.Craig and Sarah P.Babcock,and
at the death of the survivor of the said Anna E.Craig or Sarah P.
Babcook,in case either of them survive the said Nilliam Berry,then
I direct that the whole of said estate,the principal and any income
then remaining,is to be paid absolutely to Herbert M.Craig of Chicago,
Illinois,and William P.Craig of Lethbridge,Canada,sons of Anna E.
Craie,the one-eighth (1/8)share each,to E.A.Ely the one-fourth
(t)share,to James Owen Ely the one-fourth (t)share and to Gertrude
C.Ely the one-fourth (i)share,absolutely.
Third:I hereby appoint the said James Owen Ely Executor
of this my last will and testament.
