County,Pennsylvania,do make and declare the following to be
my last will and testament.
FIRST:-I direct aJ.l my just debts,funeral
expenses and expense of settling my estate be paid by my exe-
cutors hereinafter named,as soon as ~onvenient after my de-
cease.Also direct them to erect a suitable marker in my
cemetery lot,upon which is to be inscribed ~nsme,company

SECOND:-I wUl and bequeath to cora Mitchell of
Buffalo Township,Washington county,Pennsylvania,the sum of
Eight Thousand (8,000.00)Dolla.rs to be paid to her by my exe-
cutors as soon as convenient after decease.

George Coogle,widow of George Coogle,deceased,the sum of

my gold watch,furniture,carpets,bedding,cooking utensils,
dishes &c.Also all my farming utensils,machinery and live-

at the time of my decease,to be his own absolutely.
NINTH:-I wUl and bequeath to .A.W.Clemens the
one-half undivided interest in a certain house and.lot in the
Borough of ClaysvUle,Pennsylvania,situate on ..in street,
adjoining the Central Hotel property.The title to said lot
be1ng taken in the name of Louise C.Horn,but the one-half'of
the l)I.lrchase money paid by me.
TENTH:-I direct my executors hereinafter named
to hold my fifty.shares of Pennsylvania Railroad Stock and use
the dividends to pay the taxes on·my COM until sold,also to
use any of the principal of said stock,if the dividends are
not sutfic ient,any balanc e to go to and be added to ~resid-
uary fund.
The foregoing bequests to be received by
the legatees herein named,clear frpm any deduction for col-
lateral inheritance tax,the amount of such tax upon the same
respectively to be paid by my executors out of my estate,and
in case ot my death within one calender month of the date ot
execution of this my will,I direct that the bequests in para.-
graphs four and five be added to the 'rest and residue of my
estate and be distributed by my executors as herein provided.
The r-est and residue of my estate,it any,
after the payment of the above expenses and be~ests,I hereby
devise to my executors herein in trust to be used and d1str:L-

religious-or charitable institutions.as they may deem best,

coal has been sold the same to be paid out of the proceeds of
