6.On May 23,1966,Petitioner entered into an c.greement for
the sale of a portlOn of the above-described property with f\.1ichael Protz and
Alexander Protz,t/a/d/b/a Protz Brothers Coal Company,a partnership doing
business in Washington County,Pennsylvania,for the sum of $7.30.00.A copy
of that a<;reement is annexed hereto and designated as Exhibit "A".
7.On or about May I,1967,Petitioner entered into an agree-
ment for the sale of the remaining portion of the above-described property with
,Mary R:.ta Reabe of Tv"ilight Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,for the
sum of $2)0.00.A copy of that agreement is annexed hereto and designated as
Exhibit "B".
