tration in and for the County of Allegheny,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the last Will
and Testament of JOHN DUCH a/k/a JOHN DUCS late of MUNHALL
in the County aforesaid,deceased (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly
admitted to probate;and
STEPHEN KOCSIS (named in Will as Steven Kocsis)
the Executor in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and
subscribed the oath of office prescribed b)'law.
NOW,THEREFORE,I,BERNARD H.GOODWIN,Register as aforesaid do grant these
LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
STEPHEN KOCSIS (named in Will as Steven Kocsis)
committing unto HIM th~administration of all the E tate,which was of said
deceased within this Commonwealth.and re4uiring HIM to exhibit a true and
perfect inventory thereof into the Register's "fnce,at Pittshurgh,within three months,and to render
a just and true account of said administration in six months from the date thereof or when di-
rected to do so by the Court,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the law relating
to inheritance tax.
