LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MORGAN L.GRIMM,or Washington,'ashington County,Pennsyl
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in manner and form followir-g,hereby revoking and making void any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense
be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,
and wheresoever situate,to Dorothy Grimm,the widow of my
deceased brother,Harry Grinm.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint JOHN SOLOMON,ESQ.as
Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,and to serve withou
bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MORGAN L.GRIMM,the Testator,have
to this,My Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and
