make.publish.and declare this my Last ill and Testament.hereby
revoking and making void any will by me at any time heretofore
made.in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direot my Executrix.hereinafter
n med.to pay all my just debts nd funeral expenses as soon as
conveniently may be done after my deoease.
SECOND:I order and direct my Exeoutrt+.hereinafter
n med.to purchaee and have erected suitable markers at the
graves of my two deceased daughters.Julia and Rachel.and aleo
at the graves of my deoeased husband.James B.Hayward,Sr.,and
of myself.
THIRD:I Will.give.and bequeath 11 my household
goods and furniture and furnishings and all my wearing apparel
unto my daUghter Laura J.Lax,bsolutely.
FOURTH:11 the rest.residue,and remainder of my
e tate and property,real,personal.and mixed,of whatsoever
nature and kind.and wheresoever Situate,I Will.give.deVise.and
bequeath unto my five childTen,Laura J.Lax.Ellen T.Stimpson,
James B.Hayward,Jr.,stephen L.Hayward.and George •Hayw rd,
in equal shares.share and share alike,in fee simple and
absolutely.
FIFTH:I nominate.oonstitute.nd appoint my daughter
