LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GROVER C.GORDON,of Dooogal Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and urrlerstarrling,do hereby make
and publish this my Last ?fill and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
TIE 1:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
ITEM 2:All the rest,residue am remaimer of my estate,of
whatever kind and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto n:w
sister,~etta 1.Gordon.Should my said sister,Metta 1.Gordon,predecease
me,then and inmch event,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate as follows:
A.I give and bequeath the sum of ~500.00 unto my
niece,Delilah Summersgill,of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania.
B.I give and bequeath the sum of :'5500.00 unto my
nephew,Joseph Gordon,of 10rfolk,\Jest Virginia.
C.All the rest,residue and remaimer of my estate,
I p'ive,devise and bequeath unto Walter H.Hunt and Annie Hunt,his viife,
provided they have fulfilled the terms of an Agreement entered into on this
date relatin_to the care of my said sister,Metta I.Gordon,and me.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint SherIlBn H.Siegel,
Esquire,as ,-"xecutor of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that he
shall not be required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction in which he may
act.
