LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GRAYCE L.FULLERTON,also known as GRAYCE F.
BURNSWORTH,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make,pUblish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct my executrix,hereinafter appointed,
to pay all my just debts,including my funeral bill,as soon as
is reasonably convenient to pay the same.
SECOND:The rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my
sister,MARTHA L.FULLERTON,of 66 West Katherine Avenue,
Washington,Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I have purposely left nothing to my husband,
Herbert A.Burnsworth,for the reason that he has wilfully
neglected and refused to provide for me and has wilfully and
maliciously deserted me for a period of twenty-five years and
upwards,and I hereby direct my executrix,hereinafter appointed,
to resist by every possible legal means any attempt upon his part
to claim any interest in my estate.
I appoint my sister,MARTHA L.FULLERTON,as
executrix of this will.
