FIRST.I appoint Evelyn B.Fiedler,my beloved wife,as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.In the event that for any reason the said Evelyn B.Fiedler shall not assume or continue in her office as Executrix,I appoint in her place or stead Rena F.Hirsch,my beloved daughter.I direct that no bond shall be required of either of the appointees named in this para- graph.My said appointee,in addition to the powers conferred by law,shall have the power to sell at public or private sale,to exchange or to lease,for any period of time,any real or personal property,and to give options for sale, exchanges or leases,for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as my said appointee shall deem proper.
