TWELFTH:If my said grand-niece,JANICE LEITZELL,shall be a minor at the time of my decease,then and in such event I nominate and appoint the MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,Trustee of her estate,to take and hold the estate herein given and bequeathed to her as aforesaid,in Trust nevertheless,for the following purposes, to wit:To invest,and from time to time re-invest the same in such manner as it shall deem provident,without being limited to such investments or securities as are designated by the laws of the Com- monwealth of Pennsylvania,or elsewhere,as legal securities or in- vestments,including the right to retain in kind,any of the assets passing to her by this my Last Will and Testament,without being liable for any loss which might be occasioned thereby,and after deducting taxes,expenses and commissions incident to the investment and management of the same,to pay the net income thereof and so much of the principal thereof,as my said Trustee in its sole discre- tion,may deem necessary for her maintenance,education and support, and my said Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to make such pay- ments without any Order of Court and without the intervention of a guardian,directly to said minor,or in its sole discretion,to any person selected by my said Trustee to disperse the same,for and on account of said minor,and the receipt of said minor or such person as may be selected by my said Trustee to make such disbursements, shall be a complete acquittance to it therefor.
