I,Lavina Closser,of Canton Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania do make and pUblish this my last will and
testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time
heretofore made.-
1.I direct my just debts and ftxneral expenses to
be paid out of my estate.
2.I give devise and mqueath to my 'husband S~S.
Closser all my estate real and personal to be ·his for and
during his natural life and without being required to give
bond for the personal estate which shall be delivered to htm
by my ececutors.
3-Subject to the life estate to my husband S.S.
Closser,I give devise and bequeath the one half thereof
including my re~l and personal estate money in bank and bonds
to my daughter,Edith Closser.
4.I give and be·lueath to my son,Frank J.Closser
Fifty ($50.00)Dollars.
5.I give devise and bequeath the rest and residue
of my estate to my two married daughters,Jennie Miller and
Sadie ~ams)each to have the one half of said residue after
that part of my estate willed herein to Edith Closser and
Frank J.Closser.
6_I hereby appoint my son Frank J.Closser and
my daughter Edith Closser executors of this my last will.
