ITEM 1:I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my decease. ITEM 2:I give and devise unto my daughter,Joyce Ann Eustis,my farm in Amwell Township,Washington County,Pennsyl vania,containing 24 Acres,more or less,together with the household furniture and furnishings in my dwelling house erected thereon as well as my guns,motor vehicles,farm equipment and machinery and all personal property used in connection with said farm. ITEM 3:Should there remain any cash balance for distribution after payment of my debts,funeral expenses,inheri- tance taxes and costs of the administration of my estate,I give and bequeath the same in equal shares unto my daughter,Joyce Ann Eustis,and my grandchildren,James Allen Eustis and Amy Lea Eustis. (a)Should either of my grandchildren be minors at the time of my death,I direct that the share of such minor child or children be distributed to their Mother,Joyce Ann Eustis.I further direct that the funds so distributed for said minors'accounts be deposited in a separate savings account for each child in a Federal Savings and Loan Association and direct that the income as well as the principal thereof be used for the education of said grandchild and any balance remaining in his ~r her respective account shall be distributed to said grandchild ~pon attaining the age of twenty-one years or completing his or her education,whichever event occurs later.
