being ofsound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making'void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.

And First,I direot that my body be decently interred in the
family lot at Canonsburg,according to the rites and oeremonies
of the United Presbyterian Church;and that my funeral be oonduoted
in a manner oorresponding with my estate and station in life.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to entrust me With,
I dispose of the same as follows,to wit:
Item 1.I ~ive and devise my beloved husband,should he sur-
vive me,the house and lot in which we now live,for and during
the term of his natural life;and,at his death,or at my own
death,should I survive him,I do hereby direct and authorize my
Executors,hereinafter named,to sell,either at public or private
sale,and to convey the same,by proper deed or deeds,to the pur-
chaser or purchasers thereof;and the proceeds of said real estate
I direct shall,for the purposes of distribution,be considered as
constituting a part of my personal estate.
Item •I give and bequeath to my following nameaskes,
Katherine Jane Timmons,Mary Jane Challener and Shirley Ann Browning
One Hundred ($lOO.OO)Dollars eaoh,absolutely.
'Item 3.'All the rest,residue and.remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I dispose of as fOllows,to Wit;six-sevent
thereof I give,devise and bequeath to my ohildren now living,
to Wit,Nora Bell Timmons,Andrew Erwin Cummins,George Dilworth
Cummins,Howard Leslie Cummins,Hugh Sterling Cummins and Edith
Maria Browning,share and share alike,absolutely,and to them,
their heirs and assigns,forever;and the remaining one-seventh
thereof,I give,devise and bequeath unto such of my said executors,
hereinaft~r named,as shall qualify,and the surv~vors or survivor
of them,in trust,that they or he place and keep the same,(as
well as the interest accumulating thereon,until Mary Jane Challener,
hereinafter mentioned,arrives at the age of twenty-one years,
should she 80 long live),on time deposit in some good bank,at
four per cent.interest,per annum,payable semi-annually,for and
during the life of my said grand daughter,Mary Jane Challener,
dau~hter of my Deoeased daughter,Laura Jane Challener,late of
MoKe~sport,Pa;that they or he pay over unto said Mary Jane

Challener all such interest,but only such as shall accrue on said
trust fund after ehe,the said Mary Jane Ch llener,~hall have arrived
at the age of twenty one years and thereafter for and during the
remainder of the life of said Mary Jane Challener,and as the same
oorues;and,upon the death of said Mary Jane Challener,this trust
hall forthwith terminate,the oorpus of said trust fund'inoluding
the aooumulations thereon up until the arrival of the said Mary
Jane Challener at the a e of twenty one years,I do give and beaueath,
subj-eot to the happenin of the oontin enoies subsequent hereinafter
mentioned,to suoh of my children as are now living,to wit,Nora
Bell Timmons,ndrew Erwin Cummins,Geor e Dilworth Cummin ,Howard
Leslie Cummins,Hu h Sterling Cummina and Edith Maria Browning,
share and share alike,ab olutely,and my said executors,shall there-
upon file their aooount and .ke distribution of this tru t fund
aooordingly~Provided,however,that in the event that the said
Mary Jane Challener shall not only live to reach the age of twenty one
years,but shall also both marry and give birth to a child alive,(it
not being material Whether suoh marriage or childbittll,or either
of them,shall be be~ore or after her said arrival at the age of
twenty one years},then in suoh oase and in suoh only -the exeoutory
bequests over or beauests of the oorpus of this trust fund,inolud-
ing the said aocumulations thereon,to cert~in of my children as
fore aid,sh 11 thereupon fall and this trust shall thereupon
terminate and the corpus of sa~d trust fund,includin the interest
hich ~hall have accumulated thereon up to the arrival of said
