LAS T ILL AND TESTAMENT
I ,ELLA HAIR,of the Borough of Claysville,County of ashington and
State of Pennsylvani',being of sound mind,memory and understanding
do make and publish this my last ill and Testament ,hereby revoking
and making void all former ILLS by me at any time heretofore made.
1st.I will and bequeath my books and clothes to the Salvat'on Army.

2nd.I direct that my houseAand the contents be sold and after all
my expenses are paid,I will and bequeath all the residue of my
estate to my cousin,Henry Hampton Kerr of Chicago,I~l.
(The fime Certificate for One Thousand Dollars,in trust,belongs
to the rs.S.J.ontgomery Estate.)
I do hereby make constitute and appoint Geo.B.Lysle to be Executor
of this my last ill and Testament.
