I,ELIZABETH GYUKERI,of the Borough of Donora,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of 30und mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will a.nd Testa
ment,in the manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will
or Wills hereto made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fUliy paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise aLd bequeath to my
husband,George Gyukeri,his heirs and assigns,conditioned,howev r,
that in the event of his death in my lifetime,or in the event of
his death within the period of six months after my death,the said
devise and bequest of resid~e shall lapse or be divested,and in
either event,I give,deviSE and bequeath the said residue of my
estate to my children,Eli~~beth Cervenko,Mary Ninchak,Helen'
Vercheak,Margaret Leaver,Anne Gyukeri,Mildred Gyukeri,George
Gyukeri,Jr.and Michael Gyukeri,their heirs and assigns.I
declare it to be my intention that should George Gyukeri be living
at the expiration of six months from the date of my death,the
estate hereby devised and bequeathed to him shall vest in him
absolutely and in fee simple,free of all conditions.I authorize
my Executor to payout of the income cr principal of my estate
reasonable amounts for the support and maintenance of George
Gyukeri,and as well the reasonable expenses of his funeral and
gravestone,should he die w~thin said period of six months.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint my daughter,Elizabe h
Cervenko,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I
direct that she shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which she may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ELIZABETH GYUKERI,the
Testatrix above named,have hereunto Eubscribed my name and
