I,LYDIA K.COX of the Borough of East 'lash-
ington,TVashington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish
this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills here-
tofore made by me,and intending hereby to dispose of all of
the estate of \/hich I shall be seized or possessed at the time
of my decease.

First.I give my white bed room furniture to
my husband,Charles Cox.
Second.I give and bequeath all of my other
household furniture,utensils and furnishings of every kind,
to be equally divided between my two daughters,Pearl Cox
Jones and Beulah Cox Butler.
Third.I give and bequeath all money which I
may have in my possession or to my credit in any Banking insti-
tution,to my two dau@~ters,above named,share and share alike.
Fourth.I give and bequeath my Ford Sedan Au-
tomobile to my two daughters above named.
Fifth.I direct that my executors hereinafter
named shall sell at either public or private sale as may be
deemed most advisable by them,my house and lot situate on
Ayles'lorth Avenue in the borough of East Washington,\iJashing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,'"Iithin one year after my decease,
and hereb~authorize and.empower my said executors to execute
a good and sufficient deed conveying the said premises.The
proceeds of such sale I direct shall be Qivided equally among
my husband,Charles Cox,and my daughters Pearl Cox Jones and
Beaulah Cox Butler,each receiving one-third of such proceeds.
I further direct that any purchaser at such sale shall not be
required to see to the proper application of the purchase money.
