I,D.B.HUGHES,of .orris Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare the following as and for my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former ills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executors,hereinafter named as soon
as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,of what-
soever kind and wheresoever situate,real,personal and mixed,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Sarah Ellen Hughes,to
have and to hold for and during the term of her natural lifetime,
or so long as she remains my widow,without being required to
give security for any of my estate coming into her hands,and
upon the death of my said wife,or her remarriage,I give,devise
and bequeath all my estate then remaining,of whatsoever kind and
nature,to my two sons,Charles •Hughes and Thomas J.Hughes,
share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my two sons,Charles A.Hughes and Thomas J.Hughes,Executors
of this my Last ill and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this third day of Febru y,A.D.1928.

named Testator as and for his Last \rill and Testament in the
presence of us,who,at his request and in his presence and in
