LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,VASILIOS GREGORAKIS,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory a~d
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all
former wills or codicils by me at any ~ime heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall by my Executrix,hereinafter named,be paid out
of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by her be found
convenient.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real and personal,wherever situated,and whether acquired before
or after the execution of this Will,to my wife,Margaret
Gregorakis,in fee simple,as her own absolutely;provided,how-
ever,that if my said wife,Margaret Gregorakis,fails to survive
me or perishes in a common disaster with me,then in either
event,I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real and
personal,to my three children,James,Maria and Betty,equally,
share and share alike.
THIRD.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my Wife,
Margaret Gregorakis,as Executrix of this Will.
