ment,hereby revoking in full any and all wills by me heretofore
made:
FIRST:I direct my personal representative herein-
after named to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the following sums of
money to the following persons,in cash:
1.To my nephew,VAUGHN FRENCH,of Grover,
Texas,the sum of ONE THOUSAND and 00/100 ($1,000.00)DOLLARS.
2.to my niece,BERNIEL AHSTUTZ,of Roonoke,
Indiana,the sum of ONE THOUSAND and 00/100 ($1,000.00)DOLLARS.
3.To my nephew and his wife,ROGER FRENCH
and ANNABELLE FRENCH,his wife,of Yoder,Indiana,as tenants by
the entireties,the sum of ONE THOUSAND and 00/100 ($1,000.00)
DOLLARS.
4.To my niece,MARY JANE SNIDER,of Plain-
field,Indiana,the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100
($1,500.00)DOLLARS.
5.To my niece,LIBBY MARSHALL,of Bourbon,
Indiana,the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100 ($1,500.00)

THIRD:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my pro-
perty,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or
description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath
unto my son-in-law,LEONARD J.QUETSCH,to be his,absolutely,for-
ever.
FOURTH~In the event that the said LEONARD J.QUETSCH
has predeceased me,I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,resi-
due,and remainder of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,
of whatsoever nature or description,and wheresoever situate,unto
JAMES FRANKLIN QUETSCH and PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,trustees,to
be held by them in trust and to be a part of the trust established
in the will of my son-in-law,LEONARD J.QUETSCH which is the same
trust which was mentioned in the will of my late daughter,MIRIAM
QUETSCH.
FIFTH:I appoint my son-in-law,LEONARD J.QUETSCH,
Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.I direct that my said
personal representative not be required to furnish any bond,whether
or not he is a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.In the
event that the said LEONARD J.QUETSCH predeceases me,I name JAMES
FRANKLIN QUETSCH and PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,Executors of this,my
Last will and Testament,without requirement that either furnish bond
