LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,J.ELWOOD DAY,of the Borough of Claysville,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all Wills by me
heretofore made:.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease by my
Executor,hereinafter named.
SECOND.I give and devise my farm situate in Morris
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,containing 102 acres,
to my son,Herschel C.Day,absolutely.
THIRD.I bequeath to Edith Harkins Gray the sum of
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
FOURTH.I bequeath to Galia Day Huston the sum of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
FIFTH..All the rest and residue of my estate,of what-
soever kind'and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my son,Herschel C.Day.
AND LASTLY,I do nominate,constitute and appoint my
said son,Herschel C.Day,to be the Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament.
IN lA'ITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this twenty-fifth day of November,A.D.1940.
