LAST \o1ILL AND TESTAMENT
I,VINCENZO FRAGAPANE,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void all former Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate as soon after
my decease as shall by him be found convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of THREE THOUSAND and no/100
($3,000.00)DOLLARS to my son,CARMEN FRAGAPANE,to be paid from and charged
upon the real estate hereinafter devised to my son,SAMUEL FRAGAPANE,subject to
the payment thereof.
Avenue,Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my beloved son,SAMUEL
I give,devise and bequeath my home and lot situate at 505 EucliTHIRD:
FRAGAPANE,subject to the payment bfthe legacy hereinabove named to my son,Carm n
Fragapane.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath my two lots situate at Idaho Street,
Warren,Ohio,to my beloved sons,SAMUEL FRAGAP ANE and CARMEN FRAGAPANE,
equally,share and share alike.
FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,be it real,
?ersonal or mixed,and whether acquired before or after the execution of this

absolutely.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son SAMUEL FRAGAPANE,
as Executor of this Will.
