Second.- I devise all of my real estate,includ- ing my farm in Somerset Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania, to my beloved wife,Anna M.Chester,she to have and to hold the same for and during the term of her natural life. Third.-Subject to the life estate heretofor'e given to my wife,I devise said farm to my three children,Ollie Ches- ter,Wilbert E.Chester and Zelda (Chester)Henderson,they to have and to hold the same in equal shares,share and share alike. If any of my said children are dead at the time of my death,it is my desire that the share of the child so deceased shall go to and be vested in the children or issue of such deceased child of mine.This devise to Ollie and Zelda is subject to the pay- ment by each of them of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00),or Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00)together,to Wil- bert,to compensate him for work and material which he put into the tenant house on my Somerset Township farm,being the house in which Wilbert now resides. Fourth.- I give and devise to my grand-son Norman G.Chester,whom we are raising in our home,the sum of Five Hun- dred Dollars ($500.00),said su~to be paid to him in equal shares, one-third each,by my children,Ollie,Wilbert and Zelda,or their issue,and I hereby charge the payment of said sum as a lien upon, the real estate devised herein to my said children. Fifth.-It is my will and I direct that all of • my personal property (or the proceeds of the sale thereof)which is not necessary for the paYment of my just debts and funeral expenses,shall be divided among my said wife and children in equal shares (one-fourth each);it being my intention that if any of my said children are deceased at the time of my death, the issue of such child shall take the share which the parent would have received under this clause of my will. Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint Charles ~right,my former neighbor when I lived on the Weir farm,now of ~est Bethlehem Township,Washington Cou~ty,Pennsylvania,to be the executor of this will. Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above-named testator in our presence as and for his last will and testament,and we,at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. • I,Thomas Chester,of Somerset Tov.mship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do publish and deolare the following as and for a oodicil to my last will and testament as set forth in the foregoing pages:- Since the making of my said will on April 1st,1922, my son Ollie Chester has purcl1ased a tract of 45 acres of land in Somerset Tovmship,and has erected thereon a new house,and has bor- rowed from Norman G.Chester,my grandson,the sum of $200.00 and from Anna M.Chester,my wife,the sum of $300.00,and I have beoome surety on his note at the Washington Trust Company for $500.00,mak- ing a total of $1,000.00 borrowed by my said son Ollie and put into said house.If,at the time of my death,said $1,000.00,or any portion thereof,remains unpaid,it is my will and I so direct that said indebtedness,or such part thereof as then remains unpaid,shall be deducted from the share of my estate which I have willed to my said son Ollie and applied t~the payment of said indebtedness,or such part thereof as remains unpaid,vdth interest thereon.
