County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind.memory and under-
standing,do hereby make.publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that the expenses of my last illness and
funeral be paid out of my estate as soon as may be convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest.residue and rem9.inder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of wh2.tever nature and whereao~ver situate,which I
may own or shall have the right to dispose of at the time of my death.I give.
devise and bequeath,in equal shares.unto my following ~'lamed children,
JOHN F.GRUDEN~JR.~FRANCES G.DIXON and ALBENA G.ANGOTT.
THIRD:I appoint my son,JOHN F.GRUDEN.JR.,Executor
of this my Last Will and Testament.
