LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CHARLES B.FUNKA
I,CHARLES B.FUNKA,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Will anc Testament,hereby
revoking any other will or wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as
convenient after my decease.
2.I give and devise all of my real estate
wheresoever situate to my brothers,AUGUST FUNKA,RAYMOND
FUNKA and GEORGE FUNKA,share and share alike.
3.I give and bequeath the furniture and furnish-
ings to my brothers,AUGUST FUNKA,RAYMOND FUNKA and GEORGE
FUNKA,share and share alike.
4.I give and bequeath to the REVEREND MICHAEL
SITKO and the REVEREND HERBERT SWEAT the sum of ONE HUNDRED
($100.00)and no/100 DOLLARS.
5.I give and bequeath the sJm of FIVE HUNDRED
($500.00)and no/100 DOLLARS to CALVARY TEMPLE CHURCH of
Washington,Pennsylvania.
6.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my Estate of whatsoever kind
and wheresoever situate as follows:
A.One-eighth (1/8)thereof,to my brother,
RAYMOND FUNKA.
B.One-eighth (1/8)thereof,to my brother,
GEORGE FUNKA.
C.One-eighth (1/8)thereof J to my brother,
AUgUST FUNKA.
D.One-eighth (1/8)thereof to my housekeeper,
BERTHA HOWARD.
E.Four-eighths (4/8)thereof to my stepdaughter,
JOAN HAMBRIGHT,and the following nephews and
nieces,share and share alike:
(l}.MARLIN FUNKA,RAYMOND FUNKA,Jr.,CARL
FUNKA,son of THOMAS FUNKA,GEORGE FUNKA,DAVE
FUNKA,HELEN MARIE MARTUS,DEBORAH FUNKA,
GERTRUDE WELKS,ELEANOR CHASE and KATHLEEN
MALONE,provided however that if any named
legatees shall have died,his or her stare shall be
divided among the surviving legatees.
7.I nominate,constitute a~d appoint my
brother,GEORGE FUNKA,to be Executor cf this my Last
Will and Testament.
