LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ELMER NATHAN DOMAN,of Buffalo Township,R.D 5,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
as and for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature
thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my,just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon as convenient after my death.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder
of my property,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever
situate,to my wife,Laura Ellen Doman.
3.In the event that my wife,Laura Ellen Doman,shall predecease
me,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real and personal,to my children,Elmer,Patricia Ann and
Harry James,share and share alike.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Laura Ellen Doman ,
Executrix of this my Will,and direct that she shall not be required to

enter security in any jurisdiction in which she may act.
In #itness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this my last Will and Testament,which consists of two pages,
to each of which I have affixed my signature this J...6--day of
April,1956.
Signed,Sealed,Published and Declared by Elmer Nathan Doman,
the above named testator,as and for his last Will and Testament,in the
presence of us,who at his request,in his presence and in the presence
