me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fUlly paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named,as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my daughter Concetta Balsano,the
sum of ~wQrR~ndred ($200.00)Dollars for her full share in my es-
tate,for her own proper use and benefit forever.
THIRD~All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,remain-
ing af~er the payment of my just.debts,and funeral expense and
the stipulated Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars to be paid to my
daughter Concetta Balsano,as stated in paragra h second,whether
.real,personal or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,
or to which I shall be entitled at my decease,I give to my Wife
Santa Castellano for her own proper use and benefit forever,and
(if any)after her death all what is left10f my estate,I direct that same
shall be divided among my children that were born of my legal
marriage with my said present wife Santa Castellano and to my
step-daughter Anna Dasta daughter of my Wife Santa by a former
marriage in equal parts alike for their own e per use and ben it

bsing of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makinl!void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be

Your Petitioner Anna Dasta respectfully states as follows:
That in the above Estate,the affidavit of application for
probate is incomplete for the following reason:
That the said Will devised the remainder of the Estate to
Santa Castellano for her life,and the balanoe of the remainder,if any,was
devised to the children born of the legal marriage between the decedent and
Santa Castellano,and to your petitioner,in equal parts,
That the said Will did not name the chiadren born of this
lawf'u1 wedlock.
That the application failed to state who the remaindermen
were.
That the remaindennen were detind:tejyknown at the date of
the probate of the said Will.
That attached hereto is an affidavit of your petitmoner stat-
men
ing who said remainder/are.
Vfuerefore your Honorable Office is requested to permit this
petition and affidavit to become a part of the record of the affidavit of
application for probate in this matter,as an amendment to said affidavit of
application for probate,and noting the filing of aaid attaohed affidavit and
this petition on the margin of the record of the same,as a matter of public
record.

Personallyappeared before me,the undersigned authority,
a Notary Public in and for said County and State,ANNA DASTA,who is personally
known to me,who after '*:eing duly sworn according to law,deposes and says
that she is the natural daughter of Santa Castellano (who inter.married with
the said .Anna Dasta,
Gaspero Castellano)and that she/is the step-daughter of the said Gaspero
Castellano,who died testate on September 3,1929,a late resident of the
the Borough of Charleroi,whose will was probated in the Register of Wills 6£fi e
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,and is of record in Will Book 45,Page 147,
and wherein he devised the remainder of his estate to his wife Santa Castellano
(my~mo~Ne~)and upon her death,the balance of the remainder,if any,was de-
vised to the children born of his marriage to Santa Castellano~d to myself,
in equal parts,all of which appears of record,aforesaid;that the children
born of this marriage we~four in number,all living and who are Philipine
Castellana,Josephine Castellana,Lillian Castellana (single and sui juris)
and Clara Castellana,a minor at this date,all four being residents of the
the Borough of ~harleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania;that I make this
affidavit to enlighten those interested and to amend the record of the ,pplicat on
for probate of the foregoing Will as a matter of public record to show who the
the remainder.men in said Will definttEil¥were,and thus avoid uncertainty of
identification of the devisees;that the said Santa Castellana,my mother,died
June 22,1941.

davit of application for probate of the will in the foregoing matter.through
inadvertence there was a failure to complete the names of those entitled to
receive the remainder estate,it 1s therefore directed and decreed that Leo L.
Considine,gister of Wills,file the foregoing Petition and accompanying
Affidavit with the original Application:fbr Probate,and turther to admit to
record as an amendment to said original application for probate of said 111
