I,ANDREW GOMBOSH,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
~County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay
my debts and ftmeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder 0='"'my
property whether real,personal,or mixed,of Whatsoever nature
or description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and
bequeath unto the following::JO~N GOMBOSH,LILLIAN GOMBOSH,
STEPHEN GONIBOSH,SR.,ANNA G.FAYTOCK,and JOSEPH FAYTOCK,in
equal shares.
THIRD:In the event any of the devisees named in
Paragraph Second shall predecease me,his or her share shall pass
to his or her surviving spouse and in the event that there is
no surviving spouse,the share shall then pass to such surviving
issue who shall take per stirpes.Should any of the above enumer-
ated devisees predecease me and fail to leave either surviving
spouse or surViving issue then in that event,the share shall be
divided equally among the survivors of the above enumerated
!devisees?n Paragraph Second.
FOURTH:I appoint and nM1e my brother,STEPHEN GOMBOSH,
SR.,to be Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
