LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LEONA FLORIAN,Widow,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
County, Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void all former wills or codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall
by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as
shall by him be found convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real and personal,
wherever situated,and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,to my
two children,JOSEPH FLORIAN,JR.and DOROTHY YARKOSKY,equally,share and
share aIike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,JOSEPH
FLORIAN,JR.,as Executor of this Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my f-a nd and seal this 19th day of
