BE IT REIIlEMBERED that I,Vincent A.DeIvIldio,of Donora,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand
ing do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for my last will
and t~stament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all
wills and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whethe
real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situated at
the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal shares
to my two sons,namely:Vincent DeMidio,Jr.and Donald DeMidio.
However,in the event that either of my sons should predecease me,
then I give,devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate to the
survivor of them.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my brother,A.J.DeMedio,
as the executor of this my last will and testament.
