LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Sarah May Gowern,also known as May Gowern,of the
Borough of Scottdale,County of Westmoreland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills or
reataments by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:All my right,title and interest in and to
certain parcels of real estate,situate in the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,which said parcels of real estate are fully
and particularly described in the deed of Eileen Gowern Kaier,et con.,et al.
to May Gowern,et al.,dated December 16,1954 and recorded in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Washington County in Deed Book Vol.918,
page 100,I do give and devise unto my daughter,Louise Gowern Barclay,
abso1u tely.
SECOND:All the rest,residue anj remainder of my estate
and property,of whatever nature and kind and wheresoever situate,I do
give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Louise Gowern Barclay,absolutely.
THIRD:I appoint my said daughter,Louise Gowern Barclay,
to be Executrix of this my Will.In the event my said daughter shall
predecease me,or for any reason does not choose to act or continue to act
as Executrix of my estate,I appoint the MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST
